My name is Carlos Alvidrez and I am the owner of Beachwood Construction founded in Orange County, California in 1983. We began with remodeling commercial and institutional properties. Since then I have worked in many areas of construction and have acquired three different licenses due to the wide spectrum of trades we were involved in: General, plumbing, and electrical. My background in restroom remodeling and modifications on several college campuses has given me a foundation for ADA accessibility compliance. For the past several years I have been focusing on the needs of residential safety and modification. Beachwood Construction is a small company by design. Since I began my company our motto has been “Our Honesty Sets Us Apart”.
